Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for achieving the annual sales performance targets set by the company;

2. Based on the company's business development strategy, develop daily customer strategic cooperation plans and potential customer exploration plans to assist product lines/original factories in exploring industry markets and expanding market share;

3. Based on customer project requirements, assist the product line in collecting and solving customer demand problems, and develop product marketing plans, fully mobilizing various resources to complete key project research and development;

4. Responsible for exploring new opportunities, exploring new markets, and assisting product lines and original factories in introducing new production lines/customers based on the characteristics of customer projects.

Job requirements:

1. Priority will be given to majors such as Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, Materials Science, Optics, Physics, etc. Other STEM majors with excellent qualifications may also be considered;

2. English CET-4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;

3. Can adapt to short-term business travel tasks;

4. Strong interest in the optoelectronic industry and excellent communication skills.
